Geoffrey Cantor is a professional actor. A magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College, he trained at the National Theater Institute (Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Conn) and the Royal Central School in London, England. Best known as Ellison in Daredevil and The Punisher, he has graced screens large and small, and has been seen on stages from Broadway to London, Vermont to Scotland. An occasional narrator of audiobooks, Geof won the earbud award for his narration of the audiobook The Family. He has also been featured in over 200 television and radio commercials, including the award-winning Let It Out campaign for Kleenex as the Good Listener.

In addition to acting, Geoffrey has applied his creative mind to other work as well. In London Geoffrey developed Readings at One, a play-reading series at the Duke of Yorks Theater. Upon his return to the US, he spent three years as a licensed social worker at a long term care facility in Jersey City, NJ, served as the Artistic Director and Artist in Residence for the JCC Association's Maccabi Artsfest, chaired a program that feeds and shelters homeless in Rockland County, NY during the winter. And as creative consultant for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, he oversaw the development of diverse media for their public affairs, programmatic, and development departments, including promos, TV and radio PSA's that helped raise over $9 million in 300 markets nationwide and educational programs that were shown in 300 cities on six continents world-wide.

Currently Geoffrey is a performing artist with the 52nd Street Project in New York, and Chief Creative Consultant for Rethink The Conversation®, a nonprofit organization that creates unique programs that shift perspective on around issues that are often tinged by stigma, misinformation, lack of attention, or indifference.

Geoffrey lives in NJ with his lovely wife Cat and their two amazing kids, Benjamin (SVA ’16) and Talia (Dickinson ’19).
